Facetime not working

Recently moved to Saudi Arabia from Turkey. Facetime between my wife who is still in Turkey worked fine for a couple days then stopped working. It works from my computer to her phone but not from phone to phone. No video chats including skype and google duo are working. Facetime does not work between our phones and anyone else's phone either.
