Does the Philippines will repair Iphone that is brought from India ?

Not likely. My understanding (from those who have posted here) is that no actual iPhone repairs are done by Apple Authorized Service Providers. They'll only do all repairs and warranty work as complete service replacements. Apple has a policy where iPhones may or may not receive warranty service in a country outside of the official country of distribution. They'll only do replacements with the functionally identical device. It might be possible that a malfunctioning screen assembly or battery is replaced under warranty, but only if they can actually replace the actual part rather than replace the whole device.

You might be able to get a repair done at an Apple Store in Hong Kong, Taiwan, or Singapore. There was someone posting here from the Philippines who said he was able to get an actual screen assembly replacement at an Apple Store when he visited Singapore.
