Apple ID disabled

Why can’t I click on my Apple ID, ICloud, etc? I want to update but it says I can’t until my iCloud is finished backing up. I logged ln

onto iCloud and can’t figure out how to do it because I can’t click on this section in my settings. I don’t know how to explain it🥴 Help!
