Billing problems

Hello, Apple is not listing my Billing Region, I think is the problem that cause failing of buying more space on iCloud?

iCloud store Hi I would like to pay more space for my iCloud. i try many time with my local Visa card but not working. My country (Togo) is not in the list. Even when I try with the region (Benin, Ivory Coast or Senegal) it is rejected. thanks to you for your help.

Billing/payment declined Hello can anyone help me how to manage the payment. I’ve tried to remove the card. But failed. Tried to change the country/region. But cannot. It says “You cannot change the store front information for your account at this time.” My icloud storage is full. I want to upgrade but failed. 😭

Apple doesn't have an App Store/iTunes in your country. Until they do, it won't accept your address.

App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books availability
