How to Claim Free Year of Apple TV+?

How do I redeem my free year of Apple TV+?

I bought a 2019 13-Inch Baseline MacBook Pro two days ago and I want to claim my one year off of Apple TV+. However I cannot find where I can claim this. On both the app and the website, once I sign in with my AppleID, I can only find the 7 day free trial and nothing about the one year off.

So how to I calm the one year off?

If you bought the Mac from Apple or an authorized reseller then you would qualify. Follow the steps below. If it still doesn't work then contact Apple support.

Turn on your new Apple device and sign in with your Apple ID.
Open the Apple TV app. Make sure your device is running the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, or macOS.
The offer should be presented immediately after launching the app. If not, go to the Apple TV+ channel page where you’ll see the offer.
Tap Enjoy 1 Year Free.
