5 minute reminders in Catalina

Before upgrading to Catalina, reminders came with a "5 minutes" option. This seems to have disappeared in Catalina, with a "one hour" reminder being the soonest option. Since the banner itself cannot be displaced, one can either postpone the reminder by one hour or more, or leave it there, which at times is not the best option since it hides whatever is behind it.

Sometimes I really need to be reminded in 5 minutes! :) Is there any way one can get the 5 minute option back?
