Using ‌Apple Card‌ on a Mac Without ‌Touch ID‌

If you want to use ‌Apple Card‌ on a Mac model that doesn't have ‌Touch ID‌, you'll need to keep your ‌iPhone‌ or Apple Watch handy to complete any purchases. You'll also need to allow this verification on your ‌iPhone‌ first: Open the Settings app, tap Wallet & ‌Apple Pay‌, then turn on Allow Payments on Mac.

I cannot find this Wallet & Apple Pay in my MacOS Catalina 10.15. What is going on? I find it instead on by going to Apple ID -> Payment & Shipping -> Payment Method.

iMac 27", macOS 10.12
