Error Opening Page
Hi! My iPhone 7 plus cannot connect to an unsecured WiFi - an error message displays. I have tried resetting network settings but nothing seems to work.

Your Wi-Fi is Disabled:
Look on the Top-Left Corner of the Screenshot you have Provided: There is no Wi-Fi connected. So you are not connected to the Internet. So, enable your Wi-Fi in Settings. Once it is enabled, then connect to a Wi-Fi network.
For Note:
I would not recommend connecting to a public Wi-Fi, if you were to manage personal information such as eMail or bank account usage. Use your own network to do so.
