my Apple ID has been disabled for 7 weeks. I have tried everything. Is this like an IP ban or is this company a rip off?

I’ve done everything how can I fix this issue?

If not in the App Store/iTunes,


Apple ID is locked or disabled


If you have changed your ID or password, have you followed the steps in this article?
