Bought a new phone and gave my phone to my dad

So I bought the 11max pro and I gave my old iPhone (8plus) to my dad. T-Mobile person that help us deleted everything off my old phone so my dad can use it and set it up. But now that my mom tries to call my dad my phone rings. And when I call my dad my Apple Watch (connected to 11maxpro) rings and my name pops up so I’m calling myself . So what’s going on cause this is annoying. And all of a sudden I saved one of my old work schedules and favorited it and I asked my dad if he ever received a picture looking like my schedule and yes he did but he never saved it but was on his favorites on his phone (8plus) keep in mind that he’s logged into his own icloud

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand that after getting a new iPhone, you passed your old one along to your Dad. After deleting and setting it up for your Dad, your phone is also ringing and he gets some notifications meant for you. This sounds like although they did erase the old iPhone, they didn't remove it from your iCloud account. I would recommend the steps in this article:

What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

It will mean that you or your Dad will need to set up his iPhone again, but it will ensure that the iPhone will be removed from all association with your Apple ID.
