I paid for a ringtone in the App and didn

I paid for a ringtone in the App Store and never received it! What do I do to get my purchase or money refunded? (sorry if this is a silly question but I really don't know what to do)

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

If the purchase was successful (it shows as paid on the iTunes account's purchase history ?) see if it shows for redownloading : Use tones and ringtones with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


If it doesn't show for redownloading contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Get Support )
