My iphone 6s was ghosting touching and thereby entered multiple wrong passcode

Hi, my name is Ayokunle.. My iphone 6s was ghosting touching and thereby entered multiple wrong passcode.. And now the iphone is on disabled mode.. I tried connecting it to my itunes so i could wipe and restore from last back up, but the itunes wont recognize my phone.. And i've also tried the icloud wipe, that wont work too.. please any possible solution i can try again. Thanks
