EXACT !
For my iPad, the choice to make within Accessibility is called "spoken content".
What I had not guessed was that you have to make a text selection, whereas I thought it was the content of the screen that you can see.
Then the same option as for a simple word that proposes
"Copy, look up, speak, or share"
works for the whole selection.

You will first need to enable Text-To-Speach in Settings > Accessibility.
You can then make a text selection within your webpage > Speak.
