How can I stop cookies from blocking access to certain sites?

Safari Keeps Blocking Cookies I have turned off "Block all Cookies" in Safari Preferences for the sake of two sites that I use for school. However, just in Safari, both of those websites give errors saying that I need to unblock cookies still. Firefox works fine.

Have you tried deleting the cookies from Safari/Preferences/Privacy/Manage Website Data?
