iMessage and FaceTime problems

I went to another country and changed my SIM card and added this number to iCloud account but my phone does not see new telephone number when I try to turn iMessage and FaceTime on. It still shows only my previous number

Try signing out of Messages/FaceTime. Try each step below and then sign back in after doing each step.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device


If necessary


Hard reset


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup
