update for iMac

I have iMac (released 2012) and the last version was 10.11.6 ,I need to update my iMac because I want to install Adobe apps and those apps requires 10.13 minimum, so can you provide manual update for this system?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and download Catalina.
