Apple watch Series 4 strange speaker noise

hello,

i just started using an apple watch series 4 yesteday, the speaker is making a strange noise and i can't use phone call or siri with that chhhhhhhhtttttt what should i do, ps: i apgraded the software to os6, restarted it several times but nothing happens it still

apple watch series 6 speaker is someone having the problem with Apple watch series 6 speakers? When i receive a phone call through bluetooth. Sometimes the speaker sound is good, and sometimes its so low that i cant even hear the person who is calling. And sometimes my microphone is low that they cant hear me at all. Is that a hardware or a software problem you think? I tried everything when it comes troubleshooting, and reset the watch. and the problem is still there.

Apple watch series 4 inbuilt speaker stopped working after watchOS update 8.0.1. Apple watch series 4 speaker has stopped working since I updated the OS to latest version 8.0.1 on 10/16/2021. I have tried all the trouble shooting steps including resetting the watch, but the issue still persists. Has anyone else faced the similar issue ?

Reset your Watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
