IPHONE MAX PRO 11, STUCK AT STARTUP

My new Iphone 11 max pro is stuck with "Reconnecting" during startup.

I connected the phone with my previous Iphone 8 and started with the IOS update, as suggested by the phone. As it took a lot, lot, lot of time updating, I restarted the phone, and the screen now says Reconnecting and it's been taking forever.

What to do?

Please help.
