Can iPad 2019 run Fortnite at high 60fps

Hello,

I am thinking about buying a new iPad in order to replace my old iPad Air 2. I usually play Fortnite on my iPad (and with the Air 2 I cannot even get 30 fps at low !) so I do not what to choose. Firstly, I saw the iPad Air 3 can run the game with high settings at 60fps with its A12 chip. Since it is expensive, I took a look at the new iPad (7th generation) because it is much more cheap. There is just one problem... It has the A10 chip which is used on iPhone 7 and iPad 6th generation. When I search the game performances on these devices, I see it cannot go higher than low and 30fps. Now, when I search on Youtube Fortnite performances with the 2019 iPad, I see the settings can go up to high at 60fps. How is this possible with the A10 chip ? Why are these settings not available on other A10 chip devices ? How can it have the same processing power than the A12 ? Are these videos real ?

Thanks a lot for your help

(and sorry for my english)
