Can QuickTime 1015.2.1 be used on macOS High Sierra?

Mac mini 2018 or later

Every version macOS has QuickTime bundled with it, and that will update as high as it can with the regular software updates of macOS itself. For High Sierra, that is QuickTime v10.4.
