I have bought an iPhone last week, and since I Neva the new device (iPhone 11 Pro), I can't pay my parking tickets with SMS anymore. Everything is correct in the settings, payment method is verified. Can someone please tell me what to do to fix this issue?

From what I've read is that you're unable to make SMS payments on your iPhone. I'd like to help. You've mentioned that you verified settings etc, but are you able to receive messages on your iPhone? If not check out this article: If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Make sure that you don't have any filters or blocks: Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
SMS text is a wireless carrier feature, if you're still having troubles with SMS payments, reach out to your carrier or the place you're making payments to.
