stating that something is being charged to my Apple ID. I believe this is a phishing email. Can anyone confirm?

Look at the Domain:
Yes it is a phishing scam. Look at the domain. There is nothing "apple" about it, so-to-say: @sites-secure05.com
So, yes that is confirmed.
