Apple watch on iPod touch 7th Gen?

Why is there no support for apple watch on iPod touch 2019? It has A10 chip as well as well as supports ios13 but does not have apple watch app? Please guys. Do provide the app for iPod touch

Because that's not how Apple designed it.

The Apple Watch REQUIRES an iPhone.

So how can i request apple to provide an apple watch support for iPod ? Apple watch requires an iPhone that even A7 chip but does not support a device that has A10 chip? That's too weird and that is why i asked this question.
