thankyou for your quick response..
i tried connecting to another Bluetooth device (LG)
connected then tried calling to a number but not hearing from the Bluetooth device.
it shows connected to the device on the Dailing screen. I believe it started after some updates.

i was able to download the software thr ITunes but it pop up an error saying “Device not supported”
I am using Iphone5s.

not sure why it isn’t working.
I am advised to change the brand by my family but I really don’t want to change.
