I cannot figure out how to use different payment methods for business vs. personal charges on my Apple account. I have some subscriptions that are work-related and don't want to keep manually adding the expenses. Is there a way to use a different CC for each subscription renewal?

That is't possible. You would have to access your account and swap cards when the subscription was up for renewal.
