I'm looking at my iCloud photos on Windows using Google Chrome at this address: https://www.icloud.com/photos/
Should the People Album be available like it is on the Mac? There are other albums that are missing as well. Here's a screenshot of the difference:
They aren't there on mine either and I think that is normal. Also note that if you create any Smart Albums on your Mac they will not be shown at iCloud.com.
