Recover music lost when MacBook stolen

My MacBook was recently stolen, and I had most of my music on it, and many playlists that I had made - that were not on my phone. Is it possible to recover this music? It was all purchased music - I don't have an Apple Music subscription.

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14

The purchased media can be recovered. The playlists only existed in that computer's library unless you used Apple Music, iTunes Match, or kept a backup.
