Being charged for subscriptions but don’t have any active. What’s the best support number to call?

If the charges are on your iTunes account you can contact iTunes Support online or via a form via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Get Support)
