Losing signal on iPhone Xr

My iPhone Xr keeps losing signal but as soon as I turn the phone off and on the signal comes back. I have tried everything except hard resetting the phone and it is still losing signal. How do I fix this ?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand the signal is not as strong or is lost until the iPhone is restarted. I'll do what I can to help.

Try these suggestions:

Remove any cases or protective sleeves.
Before restarting the iPhone again, try removing the SIM card: Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPhone or iPad
If you haven't already be sure to back up then update to the latest version (iOS 13.3): Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try updating your carrier settings: Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad

Hiya,

I wouldn't bother trying any of these things, it doesn't work - I have the same issue & have done all of the above & more.

The issue is between the XR Iphone & the O2 network - Apple need to sort this out!! Not good enough after spending so much on a new iPhone.
