Disable visual voicemail

How can we deactivate visual voicemail, Or just deactivate Voicemail on iPhone 7 Plus

You need to contact your cellular carrier. They are responsible for voicemail and they are the only one that can turn it off. They should be able to provide you with a regular voicemail account if you wish, and not VVM.
