If you tried everything, according to this in the final section, you should contact Apple Support. If you did it a couple of times, what did Apple Support say to do when you contacted them? What did your carrier say?

  1. To check for network or activation issues and see if you need to replace your SIM card, contact your carrier
  2. Use recovery mode to restore your iPhone
