A two-hour runtime is suggestive of unneeded third-part software like anti-virus and so-called "cleaning/tune-up" apps. Do you have any of that fearware installed? Any adware?

Also, use System Information to check your battery cycles and condition. You can find the System Information app in the folder path Applications > Utilities. Run it and, when the main pane displays, select "Power" from the left-hand contents pane to display your battery's data:
