App Store not on my phone

Why is the App Store not on my phone? When I click on the “Siri suggested app” for the App Store it takes me to a web page that says url not found.

AppStore icon can not be deleted.
Check if it has been accidentally moved to a different screen page or "hidden" into a folder
Check Settings>Screen Time>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Itunes&AppStore Purchases... the first 3 options should be ALLOWED.
