Hi,
I live in Malaysia which is constantly humid and hot. Whenever I use my car I turn on the AC. I also dock my phone, iPhone 11, on one of those a/c vent phone holders, and when I leave the car condensation forms on the outside of the phone ie the screen and back.. Just wondering is this unhealthy for the phone, any potential issues with the internals?

If you’re seeing condensation form on the outside of your device due to humidity, it could be causing an issue. You should avoid operating your iPhone in humid conditions to prevent liquid damage. Take a look at this article for more info:

the condensation only forms after placing my phone in front of the car a/c and then coming out of the car. It is the same as when eye glasses fog up when leaving a cold room into a warmer environment. So I'm not sure if this will cause any internal issues.
