flickering apple logo on ipad 2

i have an old apple ipad 2 which suddenly started flickering when pressed the start button. to restore my account ,do i need to connect into my itunes account throuh an apple machine or a DELL laptop connection to itunes will work?

iPad keeps showing apple logo When I charge my iPad (generation 6) it instantly shows the apple logo and keeps turning off and showing the apple logo again. Keep in mind I have tried to reboot it and that doesn’t work, I’ve also tried iTunes but it didn’t work because as soon as it says waiting for iPad my iPad stops showing the connect to iTunes screen and shows the apple logo again but after I take the charger out of the iPad connecting it to my pc it shows the recover mode screen again. What I think may be the problem is, is the top left area of the screen is bent back a bit so I’m debating bringing it to apple or just binning the iPad. So if you guys have any ideas i would be very happy.
