I recently moved to. a new country, in my apple wallet I don't seam to have the +. sign to add a card, and im getting an error when trying to add a card to the wallet. directly from another application.
please help me fix it?

Change your Apple ID region to the new area you are located and the region on your phone. Make sure that your bank has issued you card from that region.
