iTunes Gift Card

Im trying to redeem my iTunes Gift Card and it wouldn’t work. It keeps saying that it’s disabled.

It's saying what is 'disabled' ?

If your iTunes account, contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
