cant select language on apple TV

I have a new 4K apple TV and I can't get past the language selection

and yes, I know you can click the remote

Menu for selection - top glass panel to go back

Please help. I can't to apple support as i haven't registered the device yet because I can't set it up

yes have ZM,

Hard reset, power out ..HDMI out ... both out

Same result

Thanks Mate ... I went our this morning so didn't have the time to invest in a conversation with them...will do that now
