I know when you get a new device, it's always exciting to use. When it's not working, it can be pretty upsetting. I want to do all I can to help you find the answers and support you need.


First, make sure you're connecting and changing your Apple Watch using the charging cable that came in the box with it. Also, did you own an Apple Watch previous to this one? If so, did you restore information from the old Apple Watch to this one?
