How can I stop Memory Photos showing up on my Apple Watch Series 5?

I just got my Apple Watch Series 5 today, Christmas Day 2019.

I am using the Siri Watch Face.

I can't get rid of a Memory Photos Set of Photos from 2017 from Christmas Day

that won't leave the face of my Watch. I also can't get rid of "Take a Minute to Breathe".

The Memories from that Day Photos are on the Watch Face and the "Take a Minute to Breathe"

is on the face and I don't know how to delete or change all of that.

Please Help...

Let's start with the Breathe app. You can adjust your settings so that you do not get notifications for this app. The article below will walk you through those steps.

You can also change the face of your Apple Watch under Face Gallery in your Apple Watch app on your iPhone. The steps for that are listed for you in the article below.
