You can’t refund Apple Arcade subscriptions?

Roommate got me a gift card for Christmas, got game pigeon in app purchases, iMessage stickers and a song and somehow got charged for the arcade I was only looking at the games and didn’t know that it charged me. When I tried requesting a refund it wouldn’t show under purchases. Just subscriptions. Is Apple able to refund that kind of subscription?? even if I already canceled it?
