iphone 4s

l need help, my iPhone 4s seems to be stuck. When l switch it on all l see is a iTunes logo and the plug in end of the charger, nothing else!

You are in recovery mode. You need to restore it through iTunes on your computer. See here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306
