Do I have to have my Apple ID to unlock my iPhone?

My iPhone is disabled and I wanna know if I need the Apple ID to unlock it on iTunes

You will probably need to sign into iTunes, which takes your Apple ID. See the instructions in the article below.

Passcode - If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
