iPhone 11 not showing in music

With all the updates to my iMac, macOS Catalina 10.15.2 and iPhone 11IOS 13.3, I cannot figure out how to add music to my iPhone 11. It used to be so easy by opening iTunes, choosing my iPhone and syncing music. Now my iPhone does not show in the new version called Music. I have gone into System Report and made sure my iPhone is listed under USB. Guess I've gone brain dead.

iPhone won't show up in Music via USB I sync music files from my Macbook Air to my iPhone via USB. Normally my iPhone shows up in Music (previously iTunes) on my computer as soon as I plug it in, but now it doesn't show up there and I can't sync my music library. I've tried restarting both my phone and my laptop. I've tried multiple USB cables. They both seem to work, because every time I plug the iPhone in, it makes the sound to let me know it's charging. Also, the iPhone shows up as connected in System Information under USB, so my computer definitely knows it's there. I've tried "Reset Location & Privacy" on my iPhone to see if I can get the dialogue that sometimes pops up asking to trust my computer to come up again, but that didn't work. I updated my phone (iPhone 7) to the latest, iOS 13.4. I updated my laptop (MacBook Air, Retina, 13 inch, 2018) to the latest, Mac OS Catalina Version 10.15.4, which also updated Music to Version 1.0.4.104. What else should I try?

iphone music isn't displaying in itunes I have many albums on my iphone13. However, when I connect it to itunes [Windows 11 on laptop], I don't see any of the iphone music. I have tried all the cable and port switchouts which does nothing. I see the iphone come up when I plug it in. I'm using the same ID on each. I cannot figure out why I no longer see the music.

iPhone 13 not showing in iTunes Unable to transfer music from my Mac to my iPhone 13 or back it up as Phone does not show up when i connect it (although older devices do - iPad Pro and iPhone SE). Have tried all the tips on youtube etc such as latest updates, restarting devices, forced reboot, different cables, switching off screen time, reseting location and privacy.
