iTunes disabled

I am trying to download apps to my phone but it keep saying my iTunes is disabled


iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

Take a look at this article, then Contact Apple Support:--> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'
