My account is disabled how do I fix it?

I recently just got a new phone and just tried to download the apps but it keeps popping up that’s it disabled and even when I tried to add a payment method it said it’s disabled what should I do?

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
