Can i play apple arcade on other streaming devices besides Apple TV?
I'd like to try apple arcade but I don't have an Apple Tv connected to my bigscreen. Is this available to download on a Samsung smart TV or PS4?

No. Apple Arcade is a platform for Apple TV, iOS devices, and Macs running the latest operating systems from Apple, i.e. tvOS 13, iOS 13, iPadOS 13 or macOS 10.15 Catalina.
