How to transfer file/video via Bluetooth from `iPhone` to PC "Windows 10"?

Tried to transfer photo from PC and back to Iphone, but in «Windows» this feature does not work, also into iPhone i can't find some button with `tooltip` "do you wan to transfer file to PC" or something like this!?

Can you enlighten me?


P.S. - iPhone is connected to PC well.

iPhone 5c, iOS 10

You can't. That is not supported by iOS. It never has been.
