I have found an Apple Watch 4. I would like to return it to its rightful owner. If that is not possible, I would like to get past the password in order to use it myself. Are either of these options possible?

Well, I do want to do the moral thing, but if the police have no way to locate the owner, they can’t help me there either. I know nothing about Apple watches.. since it’s protected by a passcode, I’m wondering if the owner can be identified. Even if it can be unlocked, can the owner be identified? If not, I’d like to use it myself since I’m an Apple guy, with an iPhone, IPad, and a MAC.
