Enabling three finger drag -- "mouse and trackpad" option no longer present?

I just purchased a new MBP16 to replace my 15 and would like to enable three finger drag. The menu to enable it is no longer present. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204609

Okay solved it, it's under accessibility -> pointer control -> trackpad options
